My role was focused on establishing an HR function in Bulgaria. - Leading a recruitment team covering Benelux, the Nordics and small part of Poland- Overall number of team members is 17+- Built the Benelux part of the team of 10+ recruiters from scratch- Training, coaching and supporting the recruiters in the team- Stakeholder management – communication with the business- Following the recruitment processes progress- Taking part in several organisational transformations
