• Maintaining and writing Python codes to extract data from web, outlook and Google Sheets as csv files.• Acquiring data, including identifying data sources, extracting and storing it in GCS bucket, transferring and maintaining it in BigQuery.• Preparing data for reporting which included assessing data quality, data cleaning using SQL and Power Query, creating measures using DAX.• Building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Azure SQL and BigQuery to provide real-time insights into the services and business KPIs.

• Creating labeled datasets using the open-source text annotation tool Doccano which included annotating and labelling legal text for 300 court documents to train an NLP-based legal text classifier.• Training Legal BERT from Hugging face library using Trainer class which provides an API for feature-complete training in PyTorch to classify legal text into identified labels. Training fastText and Amazon Comprehend to do the same.• Evaluating performances of all the 3 legal text classifiers using performance metrics such as confusion matrix, precision, recall, f1-score, and accuracy.• Working closely with team members, collaborating work using Google Colab, conducting daily stand-up calls and weekly meetings with clients to deliver project requirements, develop solutions, and meet deadlines.

• Providing application support and maintenance services which included maintaining, managing, and monitoring “digital service form” application.• Ensuring the application is always up and running which included raising change requests for patching servers, raising an incident in ServiceNow if servers are down, and sending outage notifications to customers.• Fulfilling customers’ requests & incidents raised in ServiceNow through a series of actions, either by email or over the call (via Skype for Business) within SLA.• Developing and testing dynamic pdf checklists using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) designer and JavaScript which the field engineers use to perform installation and preventive maintenance of imaging equipment in hospitals and clinics.• Ensuring the field engineers submit their checklist successfully to the application which included extracting data from the database using SQL, matching data using Vlookup in excel, and manually submitting the unsuccessful ones.

Application Support and Maintenance

• Supporting and maintaining the “Manufacturing Execution System (MES)” application to ensure the application functions reliably and securely.• Responding to customer enquiries, including setting up a user account and resetting passwords for clients to access the MES application.• Extracting data from the IBM DB2 database into excel, running pre-written macros to merge data, validate data, and then uploading it to the designated server as a daily task.• Monitoring scheduled jobs and running them manually in case the jobs are interrupted during a server outage.• Performing root cause analysis of any unexpected issue in MES application which included attending meetings with other teams and clients, understanding issues, resolving issues, testing the application, documenting RCA, and storing it in the knowledge repository.
