● Handling all Procurement & Contracting Activities for Airports, Energy Power Plants, Highways & other projects on EPC mode/Item Rate Mode/PPP mode, etc. ● Contract Management & Administration of ongoing EPC/Item Rate/PPP projects, and handling & drafting all contractual claims and correspondences. ● Contract Drafting, reviewing & finalization of RFP, GCC, SCC and SLAs of the contracts. ● Contract Negotiation cum Techno-commercial negotiation with Contractors & Vendors to secure the best price and cost optimization. ● Handling all contractual issues related to Interpretation of Contracts, Claim preparation, Delay Analysis, Change of Scope orders, Extension of Time orders, Dispute Management Arbitration, Sub-contractor issues etc. ● Formulating and implementing strategic sourcing of vendors & suppliers, and Vendor Database Management. ● Evaluating the eligibility criteria of contractors & vendors in order to onboard the credible suppliers & vendors. ● Vendor relationship management on continuous basis to strengthen ties & developing stronger understanding to get better support in ongoing/upcoming projects.

•Management & Administration of Contracts, and handling all contractual claims & correspondences on EPC mode/Item rate mode/etc.•Overall Project Coordination with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the contracts/projects.•Drafting, reviewing and finalization of RFP, Contract Agreements, Technical Schedules & Estimates for Highway Projects and Infrastructural Projects.•Issuing ‘RFP’ , and handling Tenders & Bids on Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP Portal).•Leading & coordinating RFP explanation meetings & pre-bid meetings, and addressing bidders’ queries and correspondences.•Negotiating contract terms & conditions and coordinate the technical scope of work.•Carrying out Technical & Financial Evaluation of Bids, and preparing the Bid Evaluation Report for awarding the contract to the successful bidder (L1 bidder).• Risk Assessment related to the Contract, and Monitoring project progress & milestones.•Coordinating and liaisoning with the concerned government authorities/private authorities for resolving on-ground issues & bottlenecks associated with the project.•Processing all Contractual Claims & Settlements including COS, EOT, Damages, etc.•Ensuring that the projects are executed as per the terms and specifications stipulated in the Contract Agreements and conduct periodic site visits to ensure it.
