• Execute the Design & Development tasks for Customer Application programs throughVoice of the customer adopting the standard Engineering and company operating systems (i.e. C2C, engineering change requests, deviation procedures, BOM management and all associated QS 9000/TS-16949 procedures, APQP and policies) from RFQ acquisition and technical response to the start of mass production, and sustaining engineering and support for rapid resolution of quality/ warranty problems.Job Responsibilities: Responsible from RFQ to PSW approval from Customer. Understanding customer requirementmaking Design proposals, customer approval, product validation and fit and function at vehicleand getting product approval from customer. Represent Engineering in all customer projects for Indian application programs.Capture and clearly understand/communicate the voice of the Customer (robust application ofproduct designs) Provide technical presentations to local OEMs to promote and / or improve Inteva’ s technical image. Ensure the robust application of bookshelf solutions in line with the product strategies of theCenters of Expertise.Benchmark competitor products and provide feedback to the COE of market trends and Inteva’s position and opportunity within the local market,Coordinate the technical content of the customer RFQ’s. Ensure & execute a full analysis of customer specification before RFQ submission to the customer. Ensure all product designs are fully validated to OEM & Inteva specifications prior to release forproduction.Measure & Ensure Customer satisfaction, Quality, Cost and Delivery.Support Business Representatives for technical discussions with customers on standard products.Facilitate contacts with customers for other engineering departments- Support Operations on Quality Issues (8Ds, QRCM) and for In Process Testing if needed- Support Purchasing on Material Price Variance (MPVs) and Technical Changes (TCs)- Champion for QRQC Methodology driving

Prime Responsibility :1) Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing operation sequences, specifications, and equipment, requirements for production/assembly of new and existing products2) Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification3) Work closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and Quality during all phases of product development to optimize designs for cost, performance, manufacturability, service and reliability. 4) Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implement SPC, poka-yoke and other process capability and problem solving and monitoring tools5) Design & Establish appropriate tests for specification and reliability6) Serves as the Manufacturing team player on a product development team7) Responsible for implementing Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans and FMEAs as prescribed by ISO standards and DBS.8) Initiate the APQP/ Tollgate process in new product development function9) To have thorough understanding of GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, Engineering Material properties, DFM concepts, ergonomics & Pokayokes while proposing any change in the manufacturing set-up as well as designing new manufacturing lines. 10)Good acumen towards MSA in order to use it as & when required for proving the measurement systems11) Conceptualize, design & development of efficient jigs, fixtures preferably with automation as feasible.12) Conduct tool trials & establishing production of component manufacturing & assembly of products.13) Responsible to develop, design, and implement plans, processes and procedures utilizing standard engineering principles to complete assignments.14) Posses hands-on knowledge of Process planning, Execution, Line balancing, Capacity Planning & Production Ramp15) Responsible for commissioning of equipment & installation of new machine ramp up as per standard & requirement.

Responsible for improve the productivity & process quality through PIA Activity. Responsible for EHS activity to make Eco-friendly with Environment.Responsible for QRQC activity for Better Quality product. Cost reduction project by providing poka-yoke/technology up gradation. Quality problem (Asaichi Meeting) analysis & take countermeasure for improvement the productivity & Quality rate

I was responsible for SPC(Statistical Process control) ,Line Balancing,7QC Tool's,DDK Calculation (Denso Internal Terminology),PPM Calculation & working for reduction, Goal/target Achievement,Analysis on Reject parts to reduce the PPM level. Adherence of ISO/TS 16949.Actively participation during the line transfer activity from Denso India to Denso Haryana Project. All the documentation activity which is related to project work as well till the production execution level.
