Preparation Documents DPR, WPR, MSP, ERP (In4Suite) Real Estate Enterprises Information (REEI) , Billing – RA , COP and BOE.4. Attending regular meeting with client , vendors to keep them informed of progress and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.5. Reviewing overall Project QAQC- project quality Plan, Field Quality Plan , Quality Assurance Plan, Quality Control Plan , Inspection Test Plan, Work /Measurement Inspection Report And SWMS.6. Reviewing overall Project Quality Status with the team and recommend corrective action where necessary and also reviewing nonconformity product.7. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site activities.8. Reviewing codes and general details for construction project.9. To control and monitor the prevention maintenance carried out as per Schedule.10. Monitoring all Civil & PEB Execution and safety aspect carrying out inspection of work .11. Providing overall safety and environment guidelines to clients and contractor.12. Responsible for coordinating and responding of RFI and field clarification/issues. 13. Preparation and review of work procedure such as work , coordination plan, technical specification, commissioning plan and report.14. Working knowledge of technical and quality requirement and regulatory codes and standards.15. Manage projects tasks including budget equipment procurement , scope, schedule and documentation.16. Make an impact day to day with our skills and expertise , strengthening that relationship with clients and team.
