I'm a backend engineer at Zoko, a YC startup, where I build messaging systems that scale.I lead the development of a LLM powered cohort of bots that automates 60% of incoming queries. I have also lead the development of the engine of Zoko's Workflow Automation tool and have redesigned Broadcast Messaging engine, enhancing its capability to handle hundreds of thousands of messages per minute in a distributed setup.I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science from Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram, in 2019, where I was the chair of the IEEE Student Branch. I have a strong background in Golang, Python, and data science, and I enjoy tinkering with LLMs and RAG. I am also the founder and lead developer of keralarescue - https://github.com/raksha-life/rescuekerala an open source project which was the official rescue and coordination website of the Kerala government during the 2018 and 2019 floods.
