Process Engineer
•Collaborating with the Engineering Department to define group objectives and providing project management support to ensure timely project completion•Delegating responsibilities and deadlines to team members within the process department, and compiling documentation for review by the Process Head•Contributing as both a team member and individually to the preparation of Technical proposals, Design and Specifications documents, etc.•Able to handle unexpected tasks and take action effectively •Thermal design of shell & tube, hairpin & double pipe heat exchangers by HTRI software and Aspen EDR.•Experienced in “cryogenic plants” especially in “Pressure swing adsorption” systems.•Process design of refrigeration packages and other similar packages with HYSYS•Preparing & analyzing process documents like PFD,PID,UFD,DSH and so on•Semi-skilled engineer in upstream industry especially about cementing additives.•Pump sizing and line sizing•Thermal & basic design of PFHE and cold box plant
