My name is Bita Sharif and I have a deep passion for healing, creating and evolving. 30 years ago I was introduced to meditation for the first time. My life shifted, it became a central focus to educate myself, explore and dive deeper into this practice and its benefits. Everyday since then, it has been an essential and fundamental aspect of my life, helping to keep me balanced, healthy and positive minded. Also, I have been creating music and working with various modalities of movement throughout my entire life. With my experience as a meditation teacher (certified through Unplug Meditation), music composer and creator, I produce online video meditation healing content as well as have in person sessions with both groups and individuals.
