• Built the diversity guidelines for the Knowledge Innovation and Communication’s Regional Dialogue Policy for Cultural and Creative Industry policymakers of the Inter-American Development Bank.• Project Manager for a two-day event in Lisbon, Portugal, Ministers of Culture, Economic Development, Gender and Indiginous Peoples from Latin America who met to discuss the future of policy-making for the Creative and Cultural ecosystem.

• Founded Girl Up’s first global office in Mexico, after succesfully positioning the organization in the Latin American region, operating with a private-public yearly revenue strategy of $200,000 USD.• Led public-private partnerships in creating events, campaigns, fundraisers and scholarship opportunities with organizations like UNICEF, InMujeres, Ambulante, Fundación Semillas, Fundación Merced, Hershey’s, Mercado Libre, Girls not Brides, Coolhunter MX, Moleskine Foundation, among others.• Built a local Mexican team of 8 people who led the program’s, financial, legal, communication, education and fundraising efforts, including 42 volunteers of 8 nationalities across Latin America and the Caribbean, proving that remote work fosters connections between diverse identities who strenghten the organization’s activities.• Represented Girl Up Mexico as lead spokeperson at events, podcasts, panels, two STEAM bootcamps and one-week STEAM camp for 100 high-school girls from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico.• Left the organization after turning 30, believing that a youth-based organization should be led by a young, diverse committee aged 24-29. Built and led a nine-month transition strategy that allowed a smooth leadership transition maintaining public-private stake-holder partnerships.

• Reviewed and adapted a leadership skill-building program for girls and youth to the Latin American and Caribbean realities to reduce the gender gap in decision-making positions and offer opportunities in areas such as STEAM, sports, government and political participation, NGOs ecosystem and the private sector at large.• Visited over 80 cities across Latin America and the Caribbean, connecting with over 6,500 high-school and college students who wanted to advocate for relevant topics such as gender equality, mental health, intersectionality in STEAM, sexual and reproductive health and rights, climate action and mentstrual poverty. • Offered resources in different formats, from workbooks, to op-ed opportunities and to over 13,000 girls and youth across Latin America and the Caribbean to build skills like critical thinking, team leadership, project management, budget planning, communication skills, and advocacy. • Built the legal, financial and programmatic needs to open the first global office of the United Nation’s Foundation initiative Girl Up in Mexico, based in Mexico City.
