Recruiting Manager
CurrentCampusPoint was launched in April of 2002, with a primary mission to help college students and recent graduates connect with employers. Since that time, we have become the largest private campus recruiters in Washington and Oregon; helping students and graduates learn about local career opportunities, interview for jobs and get jobs with leading employers. The primary responsibility of the Market Manager is to ensure that growth, sales, and profit goals are met by the office on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. The Market Manager is a member of the corporate leadership team at CampusPoint and actively contributes to decisions at all levels. Key activities include managing the following branch operations and staff: • Sales including Lead Generators and Account Managers • Recruiting including Recruiters and recruiting admin staff• Strategic Planning in conjunction with Corporate• Office, such as supervision, budgets, cheer, and ongoing training
