The primary responsibility of the Market Manager is to ensure that growth, sales, and profit goals are met by the office on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. The Market Manager is a member of the corporate leadership team at CampusPoint and actively contributes to decisions at all levels. Key activities include managing the following branch operations and staff: • Sales including Lead Generators and Account Managers • Recruiting including Recruiters and recruiting admin staff• Strategic Planning in conjunction with Corporate• Office, such as supervision, budgets, cheer, and ongoing training

As a recruiter at CampusPoint I specialize in connecting college students and recent graduates with career jobs, internships and temporary positions with small and medium sized companies in the Portland metro area. CampusPoint is the largest private campus recruiter in the Pacific Northwest that recruits for talent in many fields such as: Administrative, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, IT/Tech, Legal, Software, Engineering, PR/Communications, Sales, Marketing, Graphic/Web Design and many more.

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of employees and developing and maintaining profitable commissioned employees. Also responsible for merchandising product, developing and maintaining relationships with regional merchandisers, buyers and retail directors. Other job functions included but not limited to: hiring employees, scheduling, coaching, training and maintaining a profitable department.

Assisted the department manager in achieving department goals, hiring needs, team development, merchandising, inventory control and coaching communication while maintaining personal sales goals.
