The strip gained a big fame, especially with the visitors aiming for the Berdawni retreat. Mainly, at recent times with the bad economic situation within the whole country, this strip has been falling apart; thus an architectural study came to amplify existing landscape and public spaces to adhere to its economic comeback- OFFICE PLAN AND, EXECUTION (PROJECT 04019)Designed and executed an office plan with a main theme of contemporary development and the new management style- BERDAWNI RIVER (STUDY 0508017)The Berdawni River has long ago contributed in the creation of life on its boarders, the case of Zahleh’s city. Not to forget that with a little creativity, the citizens have transformed it into a touristic place attracting national and international tourists. However, in present times, this same river is enduring a clearly viewed set-back; this is why an architectural analysis was done in order to study the factors of the recession and means of re-launching of tourism in this area, onto a new scale- BRAZILIA STREET SURVEY (STUDY 0406017)The Brazilia Street at Zahle is a main feature of Boulevard, having Lebanese architectural buildings overlooking the street. However, if used and exploited in the right means, it could shift from being a normal street into a “Gemmayze” feature but in Zahle’s area, attracting tourists
