DIRECTOR SALES OPERATION: The position reports directly to GM Start‐up: currently involved in the company reorganization process, especiallyfor the Sales Department, IT (tool design), reporting area (dedicated to warehouse issues); Head of Reporting Team. Daily monitoring of the distribution, especially for stock level (bycustomers,by Products); Head of Forecasting and Budgeting workflow (Top down Vs Bottom up) with Sales Department; Head of Logistics and Order Department (including responsibility to plan and buy products alignedwith Company forecast); Head of Sales Administration: dealer compensation (4.500 stores, promo plan activities); Responsible for legal issues in sales segments (contracts and sales agreements with customers).Under the position refers 28 FTE

SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER: The position reports directly to GM Daily relations with Carriers and Customers with particular emphasis on business planning, product strategy in the Consumer segment; Responsible for DP Team (focused on stock level); Head of Forecasting and Budgeting workflow (Top down ‐ Bottom up); Responsible for legal issues (sales segments, i.e. contracts and agreements with customers); Head of Reporting Team; Pricing Team Manager: strategic plan for product pricing positioning in the Italian market(i.e. BlackBerry at € 99 device in the consumer segment). COMMERCIAL PLANNER: The position reports directly to the Sales Manager Coordinator for the activities of the Sales Manager (Sales workflow, Agents, Points Of Sale);  Responsible for Sales Administration Marketing Budget (Points of Sale promo plan); Part of the Pricing Team: strategic price positioning for Italian Market.Under the position refers 8 FTE

COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER: The position reports directly to Finance Manager Responsible for daily and monthly data: sell in, sell through, sell out; Weekly check of stock level by products, by customers (needed for price/stock protection);  Responsible for Forecasting and Budgeting workflow (Top down Vs Bottom up); Responsible for Sales Administration Marketing Budget (Points of Sale promo plan).

SALES ANALYST: The position reports directly to Sales Manager Person in charge for the daily reporting of Points Of Sale performance; Responsible for Forecasting and Budgeting workflow for entire chain (300 Points Of Sale);  Responsible for monthly analysis of the marginality, by products by Points Of Sale.
