• Conducting detailed review of country offices month end financial checklists, tabulating findings, follow up of action points and documenting learning’s for wider sharing.
• Maintain a database of bank mandates for country offices and facilitate direct confirmation from banks on compliance to the authorized bank mandates as well as coordinate changes to bank mandates in line with.
• Review expenditure returns from ECSA Regional Office partners, document findings and in liaison with RFM follow up action points.
• Monitor held journals in Sun System and ensure journals for ECSA Region are posted on a timely manner.Support Country Offices in Financial Management
• Review and post Regional Office system held journals and for country offices without a fully resourced finance function and where segregation of duties may not be achieved i.e. South Sudan and Mozambique.
