I have recently joined Fiverr where I am enjoying creating a variety of client work, from recipe illustrations to poster design, card making and logo creation. The deadlines from these clients can be as short as 3 days and I excel at the fast pace of artwork turnover. Using mixed media of traditional art and digital I communicate with my clients to ensure their illustration is to their exact specifications allowing a small window for revisions if necessary. This work is very satisfying to produce and I look forward to getting more illustration gigs and expanding my portfolio and client outreach.

I worked with Potluck Zine to create a series of images for their publication. I was sent brief's from my client of stories they wished me to illustrate with a deadline of 5 days per brief. I used the stories provided to produce sketches which Potluck viewed prior to finalisation, this required timely and effective communication to get the job done before the deadlines. Using a combination of traditional mixed media art and Adobe Photoshop I produced high quality illustrations that were later published in Potluck Zine. I remain on their contracted artists lists for future editions and eagerly await new briefs.

I was approached by The Grateful Hearts Club to produce a series of works for their community exhibition with briefs given to me beforehand with free reign over my final outcome I throughly enjoyed this project! I created a large scale painting based on the theme of love containing a family surrounded by food and laughter and love, I also created another smaller piece about joy of myself watering houseplants in zebra print trousers. I loved working for this client and I hope we will create together in the future.

I worked with Aila Magazine producing a series of illustrations for their publication. The client sent me several briefs on various subjects including 'self love and growth' and a mocktail recipe with a 3 week deadline, me and Aila Magazine shared idea's and communications and revisions during this time to meet this deadline. I throughly enjoyed working with this client and I enjoyed the briefs given to me. I used mixed media artwork and Adobe Photoshop to produce the final outcomes where they were later published in Aila Magazine. I throughly enjoyed working with this client and look forward to working again in future!

As a Supervisor I am successful at the daily tasking of running the store, assisting the manager where necessary. Often the manager is away with her other store so I am often left as manager on duty where I am exceeding expectations to efficiently hit my sales targets, my weekly KPIs and cash management as well as organizing my team to perform duties such as deliveries, visual merchandising and sales. I am optimal at getting the best out of my team as I enjoy a personable but effective approach to management enabling my team to feel comfortable achieving the targets and goals I set for them. I am mainly customer focus with a face to face role with the general public making sales and increasing our takings for the quarter as well as cash handling and stock management, also including the responsibility of key holding and holding the store without other managers meaning I am in charge of health and safety within my store, fire testing and have recently been first aid trained. Other parts of the job I enjoy include the back of house duties like responding to emails, answering the telephones and responding to customer queries. Some of my other responsibilities include social media management and as a voice representative where I am expected to host conference calls giving feedback to HR about colleague enquiries and customer feedback. Utilising all these skills I have acquired I feel I would be best suited to jobs such as HR and Assistant Management roles as I am great with people and project management.

I run my own successful business as artist Bitsifind, I create artworks, prints and commissions and have worked with several publications as well as small magazines. I enjoy working on exhibitions and recently have started online workshops where you can join me in creating self portraits for better mental well being. I am enjoying editorial illustration so much and want to be published in my own book in 2024. I am a traditional artist who is adobe certified and I love to digitally edit and improve my work. One of my greatest achievements was being published in a book ‘Sketch Appeal the art of self love’ which you can find on Amazon and in Waterstones.
