▶ Leading an agile team of developers over one of the core company products.▶ Worked on projects in many different capacities fulfilling the SDLC from gathering system requirements, managing sprints, developing, providing quality assurance testing, and demoing for the product owners.▶ Wrote front and back-end code bringing WebASAP to release. WebASAP is a large interactive online software accessible from the web written in PHP with a MSSQL backend. It ties into multiple government, commercial, and in-house services and APIs via JSON and SOAP to allow client companies to run background checks on employees following federal and state FCRA guidelines.▶ Implemented a full redesign of WebASAP to bring in small to medium sized business clients allowing self-signup accounts for prepaid background check requests by integrating with the BrainTree API for credit card transactions, e-mailed invitations to applicants for filling out applications online, scheduling drug tests, and client management.▶ Saved business operations from manually running reports for clients by rewriting, migrating, and upgrading them from an internal Verify system written in PowerBuilder to the web in PHP and MSSQL so that clients could run them on-demand.▶ Wrote a seamless AWS integration into our existing products utilizing a JSON RESTful API with our sister company Pangeo to expand business operations internationally for providing background checks to clients.▶ Implemented in-house verification and third-party scheduling features to order vaccinations and immunizations in the client's ordered background checks on applicants.▶ Managed Whitehat security findings, reports, and fixes for products to keep them up to date, secure, and to auditing standards.

▶ Saved $100k+ in the first year by replacing commercial licenses with customized homegrown solutions.▶ Lead developer in building a cloud-based survey system in PHP utilizing multiple SQL databases with stored procedures for consistent API access. It allowed users interactive interfaces on PHP MVC backends to manage, complete, or view survey results online.▶ Senior developer for a centralized Business Intelligence API written in PHP. This unified SQL reports written by developers in either the console, PHP, or ColdFusion. It allowed developers to drop SQL reports onto a server to be parsed by the PHP API without needing to develop individual interfaces in different languages, reduced the possibility of duplicate reports, streamlined procedures for calculations and analytics, showed exact documentation on how each report functioned, and placed all reports online. Among other features, this allowed filterable inline tables, dashboard visualizations, and multiple export formats for the end users.▶ Lead developer in building a document workflow API in PHP with web interfaces. This also included administrative interfaces allowing easy access to the document workflow MySQL database for reconciling forms submitted by employees. These auditing processes helped HR win an award for "Exceptional Performance on the FY2015 Human Resources Audit."▶ Implemented a GIT distributed version control system. Wrote custom hooks for publishing, standardized commit workflows, and documentation on its use for other developers.▶ Led yearlong sessions to train interested employees and developers on writing SQL scripts for reporting needs following streamlined procedures on calculations and analytics.▶ Lead developer on a Visitor Management kiosk system written in C# and .NET to track student activity on campuses. This helped pinpoint success of initiatives, identify students in need, eliminate paper check-ins, and allow SQL reporting online.

▶ Wrote PHP web applications with online interfaces to manage the strategic plan, mission statements, employee outcomes, and organizational accreditation.▶ Wrote a PHP Document Management System with a web interface for organizing hundreds of documents and making them available to employees. This offered an easy way for those in charge of the documents to upload them to the site themselves instead of relying on a webmaster to make the updates for them.▶ Wrote interactive forms in PHP on the main website for the Library, allowing employees and students to submit Internal Library Loan and Media Graphics Center requests.▶ Completed database server administrative tasks, troubleshooting, implementations, upgrades, training, and conferences.
