Managed the network and servers for the second-largest ISP in the Northeastern US. Designed dial-up access systems using Linux servers and Livingston Terminal Servers. Built, configured, and maintained all servers for the operation of the organization, including SMTP/POP3 (email), NNTP (Usenet news), HTTP (web), DNS, and IRC servers on Linux and SunOS/Solaris. Wrote automation utilities for use by Customer Service and Technical Support personnel. Built out point-of-presence dial-up locations throughout New England.

Managed custom network installation, server configuration, and technical support for the largest of TIAC's business clients, including installation of high-speed Internet services (T1, ISDN, Frame Relay), installation and configuration of routers, switches, cabling client networks, and installation and configuration of various servers. Extensive experience in Systems Administration on various Unix derivatives (NetBSD, FreeBSD, Linux, SunOS/Solaris). Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all of TIAC's servers including email (SMTP/POP3), NNTP (Usenet news), DNS, FTP, web servers, terminal servers, routers, modem racks, and standing up point-of-presence locations around New England.
