Elevated adoption from 21% to 97%.● Launched a tool for authenticating amazon seller account access requests and was able to successfully process 8.5 lakh error free transactions from 1000+ associates in 11 months. This accomplishment was made by having a healthy backlog of 18 enhancement stories post the launch of the tool.● Experience in creating in-depth BRDs and PRDs which helps the Engineering team be very clear on objective, impact and vision for the proposed requirement. The team is also able to visualize the end product with the help of the wireframes and flowcharts that are added in the documents using draw.io and figma.com.
