Managing this procedures through a system-based and smooth software needs a lot of struggle to be done. After lots of analysis, development, test and training hours, we succeed to deploy Microsoft CRM as the main platform for the after sales department.

These solutions provide customers a full self-service websites, which is fully integrated with internal software.

They have a professional team to provide entire organization with excellent CRM solutions. My job as a CRM consultant is mainly focused on preventive maintenance of the related services. Providing a high available service with the least of down-times, is done through regular assessments and troubleshooting jobs. Using SureStep methodology helped us to manage this objective successfully.

The business of this company is about access control, identification and attendance systems. The whole chain from marketing to sales and services have been deployed in Microsoft CRM for this company. My job as the project manager is to train IT staff and troubleshoot them.

Baridsoft is one of the known companies in office automation softwares, with more than 20 years of history. Providing customers with software services is the main business of this company. Therefore, CRM is the inevitable part of the service for this company. Maintenance and development of the existing Microsoft CRM 2011 were the main objectives in this project. The most challenging part of project was to redesign customers portal (mybarid.ir). Customers should be able to create service cases, read KB articles, submit survey forms, see all the activities done for them, see technical profiles and ... in this portal. The portal used the same theme as the website, and was fully synchronized with CRM.

Final works as a Online Hypermarket and the core business of the services needs to be implemented in CRM. Training, implementation and troubleshooting were the main objectives in this project.

IKCO is the biggest company in Iran, and its main business is to produce automobiles. My task as a project manager was to organize the team for the BPR of the press-shop procedures. The modified procedures and suggestions had been documented with IDEF.
