Vision International is a new Canadian company which has offices in India and Kuwait and they have software and embedded services and products. My main role was to setup an offshore team and coordinated the work with the offshore team. In the short span of six months I successfully setup a strong offshore team and implemented the offshore model of; Key Responsibilities:Facilitated JAD sessions with users to elicit requirements and documenting the functional specifications.Provided SDLC, RUP and AGILE methodology for developing product's for Vision International.Responsible for strategic company and project planning, budgeting, fund raising and managing Consultants.Worked with Senior Management to identify strategic goals, objectives, scope, budgets and process for internal and external development.Re-engineering existing systems and administration processes and tasks resulting in succinct relational data structures, uncomplicated user interfaces and simplified administrative processes.Developed comprehensive local and national marketing campaigns for specific company products and servicesImplemented software development methodology for designing and building multi-user software applications.Provided team support on multiple projects including liaison with internal users and outside vendors.
