The fixture could inspect 3 PCBs independently or simultaneously.• Modified customer’s battery cover design for massive plastic injection molding. Worked with external partners for injection molding services and negotiate on time, cost, and design.• Assisted the automation group on automated defect product removal process and experienced with Rockwell SLC 500.• Manufactured successfully more than 50 sets of inspection fixtures and they were equipped and put into service on product lines; the battery cover was produced 5,000 pieces in a week with 0.5% defective rate.
