Upon completing the acquisition of Interprise Solutions with the Technology and Services Division of Taylor Corporation, I have now joined the Interprise team to head up our Sales and Marketing initiatives.Our focus in 2008 is to focus on building our internal team to support our efforts in building our reseller channel and increasing sales. Our primary focus was on acquiring B2B Software companies with the exception of also being interested in acquiring managed hosting companies.Taylor Corporation employs approximately 14,000 people in 8 (soon to be 9) countries, owns approx. 95 companies and is privately held. Taylor Corp is probably best known for its owner, Glen Taylor, who is a former State Senator and the primary owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Hired as the Director of Operations and Business Development for Pace’s wholly owned Internet Service Provider which we tripled in size and sold to a public company out of Minneapolis, MN. Successfully led an internal team of 13 employees and a network of approximately 15 subcontracting companies on a $6 Million project for Target Corporation. Project included materials distribution and professional services being provided at all 1,450 Target stores in the United States.When I joined Pace, they were a $9.5 million wholesale distributor of satellite equipment in the Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) industry. At the time when I left, Pace had grown to be approximately $24 Million.

Designed a sub-agent program and recruited resellers for our telecommunications programs. Identified and closed opportunities with large national ISPs who needed a national wholesale dialup presence.Built sales channel from $0 to $1.8 Million in eight months.

Co-Founded an Application Service Provider (ASP)/Value Added Reseller specializing in the ERP and CRM software marketplace, primarily the Great Plains product lines. Built a national VAR distribution channel for our ASP services and negotiated an exclusive ASP contract with another well known ERP company prior to merging with BIS, Inc. & companies.

Microsoft Great Plains is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software package, handling core accounting functions and distribution management. Worked with multiple consulting groups and third-party software developers.▪ Installed, implemented, integrated, and trained Great Plains products and third-party applications for dozens of companies.▪ Skilled at ERP software implementations, including third party integrations, importing, custom spec development, report writing and screen modifications.▪ Designed and developed custom software add-ons to the Great Plains modules.
