At Alside Supply as an Inside Sale Representative I meet and or exceed in the following job duties.• Cold-call prospects or inactive customers to generate new or continued business.• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within existing client base.• Collaborate with Outsides Sales and Operations Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approach. • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Operations where appropriate. • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects. • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Outside Sales with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, source, and so on.• Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions with-in the supply center.• Assist in creating accurate responses to potential clients. • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, open houses, and other events.• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.• Handle all inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.• Overcome objections of prospective customers.• Emphasize product/services features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or invoices. • Coordinate customer training as necessary.• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues. • When necessary attend periodic sales training where applicable. • Maintain DOT compliance with all delivery drivers and fleet. • Accurately execute weekly inventory cycle counts, and reconciling any discrepancies. . Maintaining ALL outside products and appropriate inventory levels based on target inventory turns.• Accurately interning purchase price on products into corporate database.
