As an Operations Project Consultant, I consulted and acted as a SME for sustainable and controlled workflow designs, the outcomes of which led to removal of MRAs and closure of Consent Orders. I was the lead technology advisor and IT partner to develop business requirements for enterprise-wide transformational programs, including the creation of the bank’s enterprise-wide department for all military servicing.I was also the primary trainer for all military/SCRA mortgage servicing across the entire Bank, including employees, auditors, and regulators in Arizona, California, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. I continued to act in this capacity even as I grew into other positions with the bank, including creating and managing the Bank’s first military-dedicated Data Analytics team. I also consulted with Project Managers and Executives to roll out new proprietary software, close MRAs, and unify independent Lines of Business into a single Enterprise Military Benefits Unit.Over the course of my 4.5-year tenure at Bank of America, I managed nearly all facets of military mortgage servicing, including customer intake, production/fulfillment, quality control, support, audit, and reporting/analytics, creating a holistic approach to business and problem-solving.
