I also took on responsibility for finance, operation, HR and legal and implemented various procedural optimizations and business intelligence and reporting. From a commercial perspective I was responsible for Feeddex' clients in the Financial Services sector, such as insurance companies, banks and custodians.Greatest achievements are an operationele turn-around towards a new organisation model. Revenue growth of +20% and profits +70%.After the completion of the turnaround, I led the divestment process. The company was succesfully sold to a management buy in candidate.
