We prepare and evaluate annual IT budgets based on requirements and handle, coordinate, and document IT tasks and projects in line with SMPHI standards.Technical Support:- Monitor ticket queues, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution progress. - Install, configure, maintain, and provide L1 support for managed hardware and standard software.- Monitor and offer L1 support for network connections in malls and administrative offices.Software Asset Management and Compliance:- Monitor and verify software installations, ensuring proper allocation using tools like SCCM / MECM.- Evaluate user software requirements, ensuring compliance with IT policies before installation.Hardware Asset Management and Compliance:- Monitor and allocate all managed IT equipment.- Conduct proper decommissioning of managed IT equipment.Mall Tenant Support for Sales Reporting System:- Coordinate with tenant's IT and/or PoS Vendor for SRS software, hardware, and PoS connectivity in compliance with SMPHI-IT SRS Guidelines.Project Management:- Coordinate Mall IT projects with SCMC and affiliated companies.- Provide IT support for projects via SMPHI-IT.- Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders.Financial:- Plot and submit annual IT CAPEX and OPEX budget to Immediate Head based on inventory, budget guidelines, costing, and IT policies.Documentation:- Maintain and update inventory of SCMC IT-managed equipment.- Manage documents including Tenant Directory, Mall Network Diagram, IP Phone Dial Plan, and Vendor Reports.- Generate and submit reports including Printer Report Statistics, COIN Status Report, and IT Projects.

The System/Network Administrator safeguards the bank’s entire network infrastructure, spanning Data Centers, Branches, ATMs, and Electronic Banking Channels. They ensure the seamless operation and security of critical servers, data storage, communication equipment, and backup systems. Responsibilities include planning, configuring, and resolving end-user issues, along with Firewall Administration for network security. Key duties encompass managing server connectivity, executing security measures, maintaining records, administering user accounts, and collaborating with vendors. They also conduct ongoing research to enhance network efficiency and uphold strict confidentiality standards. Overall, they serve as the guardian of the bank’s digital fortress, ensuring a resilient and secure network environment.

Monitor ticket queues, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolution progress. Provide comprehensive technical support and assistance to bank system and network users, covering hardware and software issues. Perform daily data processing routines including job processing, report generation, and system backups. Act as a 24/7 Technical Help Desk, managing all aspects of technical support functions such as network communication, hardware/software troubleshooting, and coordination with external providers. Conduct database backup and restoration using MS-SQL 2008 to ensure data integrity. Handle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment, resolving escalated issues promptly.

I oversee stock monitoring and quality control, provide technical consultations for both pre and post-sales, and offer support for company and OEM products. My responsibilities also include maintaining various peripherals, installing necessary software, troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, assembling and repairing desktop PCs, delivering top-notch customer service, and ensuring regular database backups.
