Established in 2004 as McCrummen Immigration Law Group, LLC, the firm became McCrummen & McCullick Immigration Law, LLC in 2024. Although our primary focus is business immigration, we have expertise in all areas of U.S. immigration practice, including family immigration, naturalization, and humanitarian filings. Our clients range from large, multi-national public and private employers, to those fleeing persecution and domestic abuse. Our attorneys are all members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and are actively involved in advocacy on behalf of the rights of immigrants. In 2017, the firm founded the Asylum Clinic of Kansas City (ACKC), a 501(c)(3) organization designed to address the vast unmet needs of asylum seekers in the Kansas City area. ACKC is its own fully-funded organization and we are immensely proud of the life-changing work they provide. Located in Kansas City, we are proud of our decades-long relationships with large corporate employers across the country. Several of our attorneys have been recognized as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars through the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers publication, and the firm was once again recently recognized as a Tier 1 firm in Immigration Law by Best Lawyers, the only firm in the Kansas City area to achieve such a ranking.
