I have several years experience helping businesses improve strategy and operations by implementing solutions to drive digital transformations and advising on IT strategy. My primary focus is on sales strategy and business operations, where I leverage my skills in critical thinking, customer service, and program management. I've most recently been specializing in advising Technology, Media, and Telecom companies, but have experience across a broad range of industries and companies, ranging from high-growth startups to fortune 500 enterprises.Throughout all this time, I have also had the experience of being a part of the high-growth startup that is Spaulding Ridge. I joined Spaulding Ridge when we were about 45 employees, mostly based in the Midwest, and we primarily consulted with small- to mid-size companies. Today, we are over 600 strong, with offices across several continents, and we are regularly working with Fortune 500 companies. It has been an incredible, continuous learning experience where I've contributed on internal projects ranging from Go-To-Market Strategy to Quality Assurance to Recruiting, among many other things. I am passionate about delivering value to clients, advising strategy and operations teams, and empowering product managers to reach their goals. I lead our company-wide community outreach efforts and sit on our DEI board, where I advocate for social justice and create opportunities for underrepresented groups. I also hold multiple certifications from Anaplan, including Master Anaplanner, Solution Architect, and Train the Trainer, demonstrating my expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
