- Drive the execution of the Slate Church mission "To see people far from God come into relationship with him by building a large, influential, innovative, Christ-centred church that loves God and loves others"- Manage the day to day operations of Slate Church including: programs, facilities, marketing, budgeting etc.

- Complete donor financial reporting and forecasting for projects worldwide- Contribute to year-end and quarterly financial reporting- Field financial management

- Drive financial improvements by negotiating changes to commercial terms with carrier and distribution partners- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand operational and financial impact of commercial terms, including: sales, legal, finance, supply, reverse logistics etc.

Pricing- Work with various finance and non-finance teams in the creation and analysis of business cases from a global perspective to assess financial impact of price changes and recommend a course of action- Create financial models to assess the financial impact of global pricing and marketing initiatives and recommended alternatives- Analyze historical price trends and elasticity to support business case analysis- Forecast pricing for monthly financial plansPlanning- Coordinate and consolidate inputs for the monthly handheld financial planning process- Provide upper management with analysis of financial plans including variance analysis, trend analysis and commentary explaining the changes and what can be done to improve the financial outlook- Work with various pricing and planning systems including SAP and Vendavo to accurately record and analyze pricing and financial forecasts
