I specialize in designing, building, and managing innovative products and services. Over the past 10+ years, I have built award-winning user-centric products and services in multiple industries. This includes building my own startups, working in innovation hubs, and being ingrained in large enterprise-scale products. My strengths specifically lie in achieving business innovation through combining enhanced user experience with cutting-edge technology.Some of these projects include building the first Danish B2C/B2B investment robo-advisor June by Danske Bank, creating the first 100% digital pension service in Europe with my startup Heap (acquired by TopDanmark in 2022), and digitalizing an old and manual billion-dollar industry as part of the leadership team for Maersk Spot. When time permits, I also teach at the IT University of Copenhagen and various business academies. Currently, on the Management of Service Design master's course at the IT University of Copenhagen, which I have been part of creating and running for the past 5 years.
