Currently working with ClearPoint, I have been engaged a number of assignments including:Consulting - Review of ERP Implementation:- Leading and team in reviewing a large ERP Implementation, this assignment was focused on how to address shortcomings in testing practices with a focus on introducing test automation, along with a review of the implementation of microservices as part of the engagement, providing the client meaning full insights and a path forward to establishing a shorter, safer release cycle. Delivery of an Integration Platform - Led the delivery of a core platform solution that integrated two organisations as part of an acquisition, this work was strategically important as it allowed the cross selling of each organisation’s products to their respective customers. Change Management - Backstage / DevOps enablement The Golden Path initiative involved establishing and embedding DevOps practices and developer tooling (Backstage) that supported modern engineering practices, this initiative directly contributed to significant cost savings for the business, this was achieved by increasing the speed of deployments and deployment frequency and reducing the amount of defects deployed into production.

• Through stakeholder engagement collaboratively established and matured a portfolio investment committee and program governance framework (P3O aligned)• Managed the PMO to achieve the programme goals of time, cost and quality, provided tools and templates to ensure that the program adopted best practice processes• Established programme control processes, registers, repositories and status reporting• Built a financial model that was used to manage a $10m+ budget across three programmes of work and 11 projects. This was used to successfully deliver the projects within budget

• Responsible for developing an integrated master schedule for a complex $50m+ ERP transformation programme, facilitated planning activities with vendors and project team members to identify interdependencies. This was overlaid with resource profile used to report SPI and CPI metrics• Recognised opportunities for continuous improvement and implemented an automated schedule update process, this brought efficiencies to my role and allowed me to take on additional responsibilities in the PMO • Chaired the weekly programme team meetings attended by senior stakeholders, domain leads and implementation partners, did not shy away from asking difficult questions when necessary• Established SharePoint Project site and metadata design, setup and maintained registers and artefact repositories, this was well received by project team members with successful adoption
