coordinator between Norway and the project group in Huston. During this time the following was the key roles:• Follow up with the engineering department in Huston to ensure all Norwegian requirements were met (Norsok, 2.7.1etc) for the unit.• Follow up with BP on the building of IP and Flank North and South platforms to optimize for well intervention (skidding system, integration of HP/LP piping under the deck, electrical lay out etc, risk identification etc.). With regular visit to Aker Stord for the follow up of the building of IP platform• Regular trips to Huston to follow up on the engineering and thereafter trips to Calgary for follow up on the manufacturing of the unit.• Follow up on the equipment built in Norway for the project (engineering and manufacturing)• Identify and assign people to create Operation Manual for the unit and to follow up the unit from testing in Huston to training of crew at Ullrigg and launching of the unit on the Flank Platform.• Set up test for the unit and training of the Norwegian offshore crews at Ullrigg.• Coordination of the launch of the unit for Flank North platform. • Full responsibility of the unit during operation • Had engineers and crews working on the Coiled Tubing Offshore express unit reporting directly to me.

BP/Amoco requested me to work as an Operational Leader (OL) for all their Coiled Tubing activities. This was an office based position where I was in charge of:• Coordinating all logistic for the BP operation. • Full responsibility for monthly invoicing• Been involved in designing offshore jobs• Follow up Near misses and unscheduled events ( 1000 working days without LTA in the period as Operational leader).During this period I also worked as Schlumberger’s representative in following projects with BP:•Develop and improve SIMOPS* procedure and equipment on Wellhead Platform, Valhall.•Develop SIMOPS* procedure and equipment on Drilling Platform, Valhall.*SIMOPS (Simultaneous Coiled Tubing Operations)
