Project manager and Task manager in the HR IT area and responsible for delivering first class IT solutions to support the business areas.Project manager:- Pre-analysis of a new payroll solution in Sweden, market research and selection of a new payroll supplier.- Successful implementation of a new payroll supplier in Sweden.- Implementation of a new and professional fax solution throughout the group.- Re-branding of customer-facing documents related to organisational change of business units.- New user-friendly tool for employee satisfaction survey.- Additional development and streamlining of the bank's debt collection system, interest calculations, new business structure, information on the bank's website and display of functionality in Netbank.Task manager:- Responsible for development tasks in the bank's HR systems, including handling the entire system portfolio as well as effective resource and capacity planning.- Successful migration of the bank's HR systems in relation to insourcing of infrastructure.Security- and risk assessments:- Extensive experience with securing the bank's HR systems. Carry out of a large number of critical assessments in collaboration with the bank's security experts.Procurement and Legal:- Extensive experience with contract negotiations and setting up contracts with suppliers in collaboration with the bank's IT Procurement and Legal department.
