I get my energy from running organizations of people serving people. Combining leadership of people with setting up structures for people to succeed in.I believe that human beings has a strong need for belonging to a community. Being part of a family, a group, a society, a team: belonging to a "tribe". We are social in our core and therefore we thrive when what we do matters for the groups that we belong to.I hope I am able to inspire people to make things happen for our "tribe" with the mantra: Stop judging, Start helping, Get going. Believe in creating a company culture where psychological safety is number one, so that the best results can be achieved through constructive diversity.Pragmatic and flexible. I think the best way to make people thrive is to: 1. Give autonomy to do the job with clearly defined goals. Then following up on the goals. 2. Aim for a balance between skills and challenge - not too easy, not too difficult. Get into a flow state of mind. 3. Set up a purpose with what we are doing - so we get the sense that we are contributing and that we are moving forward. What we are doing matters.
