When you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life, right? If that’s the case, I haven’t worked in 28 years! Instead, I’ve had the privilege of consulting for and managing the development of some truly innovative technology solutions across a variety of industries. I’ve always had a passion for achieving maximum efficiency through groundbreaking technology, making software development the perfect industry for me to spending my days doing what I love.I am currently the Product Development Manager for Casedoc Court Management, as well as the Senior Project Manager for GoPro, both of whom are leading the charge in optimizing case and process management. In both positions, I’m able to put my consulting, business development, and product management background to good use while leading dynamic teams to create and integrate innovative case management software solutions. In the world of multiple roles, multiple work locations, and collaborative partners, I also run my own company, Móholt Consulting, and under that hat I have participated in some amazing projects, some in collaboration with third parties such as Data Analytics professionals, local System Integrators and Private Public Partnerships. We specialise in increasing the productivity and efficiency of government and judicial institutions at Móholt. We provide comprehensive services such as process analysis, change management, advanced analytics, and training based on our years of experience. Our team's in-depth knowledge of the legal system, combined with our commitment to innovation, ensures that we not only speak your language but also champion your goals, navigating the nuances of the industry to achieve transformative success.When I’m not wearing my IT hat, I’m pursuing my other passion: real estate development. I’ve worked on several housing projects in my community because I love to breathe new life into older houses and provide attractive housing options that are aligned with the market at any given time. Even though I wear many hats, it never feels like work, because I love what I do. My entire life, I’ve been passionate about creating something new with my own hands and watching it grow and help others.
