Main focus is to create client value within M&A and corporate law. Advising on public and private M&A, including "distressed" M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, for Norwegian and international clients, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions, often of a complex nature. Clients range from SMB´s to large international corporations, and include VC and PE funds. Extensive sector experience within technology/IP (including biotech), industry, retail, and real estate, assisting with among others large international contracts, consortium agreements, co-operation agreements, agent/franchise agreements, lease agreements, technology transfer agreements, etc. Recent seminars held for clients include company law and contract issues such as: Liability for the BoD, shareholder conflicts, incentive programs, investment - and shareholder agreements. Head of the Corporate M&A department of Bull & Co from 2017-2018 (2 year term), the first year with a significant increase in turnover, the second year with doubled corporate turnover at the firm (in total), it for the first time becoming the largest area within the firm.
