I began my career as a litigator with a medium sized law firm with offices throughout the Midwest. I have been responsible for handling claims and lawsuits throughout the country and in Canada on behalf of major insurance carriers and corporations in the areas of auto liability, premises liability, products liability and fire and casualty. I handle large commercial and personal injury claims and lawsuits for major corporations and insurance companies, which also included time as a liability adjuster handling first and third party claims, issuing coverage opinions and subrogating claims on behalf of a major insurance carriers. I also represent small to medium sized companies as outside general counsel, and resolving contract disputes, filing mechanic's lien claims and defending and prosecuting numerous corporate fraud, shareholder, and employment disputes.
