Director Of Military Programs And Workforce Training
In this role I was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all academic programs outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding between Methodist University and the United States Armed Forces. Additionally, I managed non-credit workforce training for active-duty military service members, DOD civilian employees, and their family members. Strategies for enrollment management and marketing are developed, executed, and assessed by me. I also evaluated military transfer credits using Transferology and Training Evaluation System (TES) platforms. In this role I was responsible for ensuring the university's compliance with Department of Defense Voluntary Education Tuition Assistance regulations. I identified and executed outreach events and advised active-duty soldiers interested in the Army's ROTC Green to Gold program. I was the primary point of contact for external vendors and managed university participation in My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) military spouse and Army Credentialing programs. Finally, I developed and executed a department budget in accordance with university policies.
