My role with Coastal was to assist planning, participating, and leading in missions both in the united states and internationally. During the international trips I work as a translator in the Hispanic countries in which Coastal is involved.-Contributed and participated to the planning of three international volunteer trips to South and Central America.-Translated Spanish for a medical volunteer trip to a rural village in Colombia resulting in the distribution of over 200 pairs of prescription glasses, and medical supplies.- Collaborating to prepare for eight international trips over Europe, South America, and Asia and writing team training material to streamline preparation for the trips and make the preparation more uniform.

I lead groups of kids throughout their daily activities at Longview Ranch. The ages of the kids whom I had responsibility for ranged from Kindergarten to seniors in high school. I also contributed in the training of the first year counselors.- Contributed in the training of a group of 10 new camp counselors.-Ensured the safety and timeliness of 60+ children over the span of 8 weeks to their various activities.-Completed specialized safety training during heightened COVID concerns and ended the summer with 0 cases of COVID in the campers and staff.

During my team with DMD Consultants I worked as a fire hydrant technician. This included logging the status of hydrants and reporting necessary maintenance, sandblasting and repainting the fire hydrants and maintenance on the machinery to complete the hydrant work.-Logged the status of 1000+ hydrants in the Charlotte, NC area.-My team sandblasted and repainted 5500+ hydrants in the Raleigh, NC area. -Achieved the highest amount of hydrants sandblasted and painted in a single day in company history.

Cochabamba, Bolivia

During my time in Cochabamba Bolivia I returned to CIN as the head construction intern, and the intern team leader. The increase in leadership increased the responsibilities between me and the relationship I had with the other interns. I was now made to ensure accountability not only in my role as construction intern, but also the other interns were carrying out their responsibilities in a smooth manner. As lead construction intern I collaborated with upper leadership to plan projects to complete with teams and create a timetable for the projects to be completed.-All planned projects were accomplished ahead of schedule by 3 weeks and extra projects were completed around the compound.- I Lead eight teams of inexperienced volunteers through the various construction projects.- Collaboration between myself and the other interns resulted in a complete success and allowed us to complete social events and projects within five different Bolivian communities.

Peña Blanca, Honduras.

During my time with CIN in Pena Blanca, Honduras I collaborated with leadership to plan out construction projects and implement and enact a plan of action to complete the desired projects. The projects were then lead by myself and completed with groups of volunteers consisting of a majority of individuals with little or no construction experience.-Completed the desired projects which included a cinderblock wall and the first floor of the organizations new children's home on schedule.-Lead seven different groups through the construction projects throughout the summer for a week at a time. -collaborated with the other interns to help complete their different projects with public outreach.
