Bhupan is a Principal Lecturer at the Guildhall School of Business and Law with a diverse range of academic and industry experience. He is a qualified skilled personal transformation and peak performance facilitator, with extensive experience that encompasses a diverse range of organisations as a corporate and personal coach, in both the public and private sector. He has worked with a diverse client base in the areas of leadership, team development, behavioural change, communication skills and peak performance. Bhupan is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and its impact on individuals, wanting to support and encourage those who are in the minority find voice and influence within organisations. Whilst working with established leaders and managers to challenge their own actions and behaviours and use their influence and power to bring about lasting legacies for change. Bhupan has brought this experience and knowledge into all his roles in Higher Education.He has facilitated and delivered a wide range of workshops from leadership and coaching to creativity. His clients have included NHS Leadership Academy as a facilitator on their flagship programmes working with over 2000 delegates, Future Foundation Youth Leadership Programmes, Northampton University, KornFerry Hay Group, McKenzie Youth Leadership, Happy Ltd, Cardboard Citizens, The Prince’s Trust, University of Creative Arts – EDI programme.As an industry orientated lecturer with his own personal lived reality around intersectionality he can fully appreciate and relate to the challenges and issues faced by many of the students, and staff.
