I've worked in Marketing and Media for 20+ years while leading small power house teams to directing a large matrixed organization of over 150 people. I've worked on a wide variety of industries and brands from Retail (The Bon Marche, Macy's, Starbucks, Mattress Firm), Loyalty/CRM Programs (Macy's Star Rewards, Cricket Wireless, Marriott Bonvoy), Telco (Cricket Wireless, AT&T U-Verse, AT&T Wireless), Hospitality (Marriott International). My approach to work is centered in storytelling, compassion, and approaching managing through heart-centered approaches. While I maintain my career, focused on driving impact for my clients at Spark Foundry, I am also embarking on an additional chapter as the Founder of The Elated. My journey with The Elated began in 2018 after receiving my certification as a Reiki practitioner, and at that time there were not platforms dedicated to the healing arts.I realized, then, that my calling wasn’t just to be a reiki practitioner, but also to marry it with the knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising, and media I’d acquired over the past 20+ years.There, a seed took root: and I set out to create a space for growth to inspire and support my fellow practitioners across the wellness community, bringing a wide range of professionals into one platform for future clients to easily find their own, unique path to wellness.
