Mr. Howard has been an information systems, services and software products senior executive for more than 30 years with more than 35 years of experience in 30+ industries, including real estate, asset management, property management, retail, ecommerce, distribution, transportation, logistics, banking, mortgage, insurance, automotive, consumer products, high-tech, healthcare, life sciences, education, industrial, chemical, utilities, and energy. He was trained in a four-year program by IBM in computer science and information systems. He has advised Fortune 1000 companies on IT strategy, IT governance, business strategy, process improvement, mergers and acquisitions, vendor selections, program management office development and more than forty business operational areas.He has managed offshore operations in six countries.
