I’m very fortunate to work with great humans. I have had the opportunity to work in marketing & leadership in both action sports and now cannabis. This has been my life for the better part of the last two decades. My experiences as a consumer has always steered my passion to stay consistently involved in both. While at Eagle Point Resort located in Southern Utah , I lead a PSIA Certified team of Snowboard & Ski Instructors as well as filling the role as Director of Marketing. During my time at EP we launched the campaign "Free California" which offered Free Season Passes to all California residents. The success of this campaign lead to over 36,000 skier visits and multiple National Media highlights in the Ski & Snowboard Industry including visits from Pro riders Scotty Arnold, Aaron Bittner, and Tommi Yilanttila. In 2015 I was blessed with a son, Bode Jordan. Bode was born with a genetic Auto-Immune disease that lead us to Seattle, Washington. While in Seattle I began working for Have a Heart Compassion Care. What was five local mom & pop style operations we were able to quickly gain marketshare to become the #1 in Washington; with awards for the best retailer/dispensary from media outlets like Leafly, Weedmaps, Dope Magazine and High Times Magazine and many more. We did this through general marketing tactics (SEO, Google Adwords, SMS Messaging/CRM Development, Customer Journey Segmentation, and good ole Guerilla Marketing. This combined with the use of technology in the retail environment (digital menus, passive education, express ordering, ordering kiosks) and a learning management system, we were able to expand the businesses between 2015 to 2019 to successfully operating in multiple states including Washington, California, Oregon, Iowa, Ohio, and Hawaii. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Have a Heart was acquired by Harvest and myself and the entire team parted ways.For the better part of the last 3 years, I have been consulting and working as a "gun for hire" and continuing to help expand cannabis into new states. I recently helped a group in Utah open the second dispensary in the state along with successful state-wide delivery as well helped Pleasantrees open the first Recreational Dispensary in Detroit, Michigan as well as their first retail location in East Lansing. I have most recently worked full time as CMO for High Fidelity brands, I was able to help build their already successful retail Kind Goods into the awarded best in St.Louis and launch multiple successful vertically integrated brands. I love working with plants & good humans.
