Since 2014 Energizing Health has produced events that worked with foundations and health care brands that are some of our best and brightest. We do stand-alone events, but our big event is always around the SXSW conference in Austin. The non-profit has been hindered by the pandemic but continues to explore growth opportunities and pain points that we can problem-solve around.In the recent past, we've had speaking appearances with Joe Biden, Mark Cuban, Steve Case, and Grover the Muppet. The fundraising partners we've worked with include:AARP's Health Innovation@50+, Aetna Foundation, American Heart Association, American Hospital Association, Ascension Ventures, AT&T, athenahealth, Cambia Health Foundation, Cambia Health Solutions, Home Instead, Louisville Innovation Summit, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Merck, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, St. David's Foundation, Translational Research Institute for Space Health (funded by NASA), United Way Worldwide, and Walmart.

Marketing executive and equity stakeholder. CareSet supercharges biomedical marketing initiatives as the first company commercializing 100% of Medicare A, B, and D claims data. They champion the re-release of Medicare claims data as Public Use Files to the innovation community to further create data transparency and fuel change for the patient community (which is you and me!).

Consulted on the launch of the TMCx, the Texas Medical Center's Accelerator program. This work included health innovation ecosystem development, and production of a launch event with senior level executives.

Responsible for a comprehensive digital health strategy for all properties of University General Health System, a publicly traded multi-specialty health care provider that delivers concierge physician and patient-oriented services by providing timely, innovative health solutions that are uniquely competitive, efficient, and adaptive in today's health care delivery environment.

Created an innovative product and executed the strategies to build market share for Seniors In Touch, a touchscreen and cloud-based social media and digital health solution for senior living communities nationwide. Exited to Trinitycare Senior Living owned by the Cornerstone Healthcare Group.

Served a North American non-profit organization representing various faith groups that are engaged separately and together in online communication activities, business and policy decisions, and inter-faith collaboration initiatives. National headquarters served included the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Episcopal Church in America, American Baptist Church, and the United Church of Christ.

Successfully rose funding to start an online venture and partnered with Digital Equipment Corporation to create one of the earliest and still one of the most successful online faith based collaboration communities on the Internet. Spun off several smaller related product offerings to the OnePlace brand. Exited the company with a sale to Landmark Communications, owners of the Weather Channel.

Developed and served a diverse client base including technology companies, health care, book and music publishing companies, educational, non-profit, and religious organizations. Provided concept development and deployed print and broadcast creative services, media buys and direct marketing efforts. Worked directly with customers on company positioning and public relations initiatives, including strategic initiatives with media outlets.

Managed the marketing of national music artists, including product positioning, in-store merchandise, radio releases and promotions, and public relations. Created and deployed national sales efforts that included the creation of “sell-in” materials for an in-house sales force, and “sell-through” print, radio, and public relations initiatives.
