Extreme Change takes Extreme Courage.I work with clients who are long overdue for change. I provide a safe space for clients to consciously explore patterns that have become their prisons so that they can unlock the door to personal freedom. Courage, the convergence of heart, head and action, is the key to making change that is long overdue. I believe that maximizing potential is each person's birthright. I have been a Personal and Professional Coach since 2000 and have trained new coaches since 2002. I am a Facilitator and Certified Mentor Coach at Invite Change, a professional training organization in Edmonds Washington. Prior to becoming a Professional Coach, I was a trial attorney for 27 years where I was instrumental in changing the law for survivors of sexual abuse. My journey of leaving one lengthy career and creating a more fulfilling one gives me the experience of knowing the courage it takes to make extreme changes and the cost of not doing so.I work with clients who are ready to move from dreams to real life and know that NOW is the time to act (even though fear still exists--do it anyway!)
