Electrical and Instrument designer and CAD drafter for ExxonMobil Gas Production Facility in Denver and Western Colorado. Duties included wiring schematics and diagrams for power, motor control and instrument related PLC control and monitoring field devices. Other duties included Electrical and Instrumentation installation details, plan layout drawings and cable schedules.

Duties included the development and implementation of the Corporate and Project Procurement Procedures. Also responsible for preparing and sending Request’s For Quotes (RFQ’s) to vendors for equipment acquisition for both FEED Projects and Detail Design all the way through to Project Close-Out. Responsible for contacting vendors for obtaining quotes on material and equipment required for each project such as Valves, Flanges, Pipe, and Fittings. Also responsible for expediting the delivery of equipment purchased and making visits to the manufacturing vendors to approve any equipment to be shipped out to the site. Utilized such documents as Purchase Order Tracking Logs in order to keep track of equipment listed on each Purchase Order.

Responsibilities included the development and implementation as well as management of the Document Control Procedures. Using Documentum E-Room for transmitting documents to and from the client. Responsible for transmitting all project documentation to the client(s) and vendor(s) regarding drawings and/or technical data such as specifications, requisitions and procedures. Responsible for reviewing and editing all technical documentation before it was officially issued. My duties with the Technical documentation included spelling, grammar check and technical consistencies as well as format. Responsible for tracking and logging all Vendor documentation against all requisitions to make sure all documentation is received. Responsible for returning vendor documentation with comments back to said vendors for revisions. Responsible for all correspondence, faxing and filing.
