I have been a Realtor since 1978 and currently hold a Real Estate Broker license in California and Nevada. After serving as a Realtor in California for nearly 30 years I moved to Sun City Summerlin with the intent of retiring. However, I soon realized that I'm not ready to relinquish my role as a Realtor. I really enjoy helping folks fulfill their real estate dreams and goals and I just wasn't ready to give that up. I obtained my Nevada Salesperson license in 2006 and my Brokers license in 2010. I am Currently the Broker/Owner and President of Las Vegas Home Team, Inc. My specialty is residential real estate in Las Vegas Nevada, primarily listing and selling homes in Summerlin North, including the lovely retirement community where I live: Sun City Summerlin. However, when I say I specialize in this area of real estate, I don't merely specialize in the area or in the properties. My real specialty is helping people fulfill their real estate dreams and meet their real estate goals. A review of my license history over the last 33+ years as a Realtor reveals no complaints or disciplinary actions.
