I developed a group of peer reviewers that objectively reviewed all presentations to offer the best educational experience. I also managed assignments of each educational session to time slots and rooms based on needs of each unique presentation.2) Graduate Case Study - I guided two individuals on the aspects of creating a time for our graduate students in the region to come together and learn about the profession as well as network with professional staff. From budgeting to presentation development these two individuals created a unique experience for these graduate students under my guidance.3) Social Media - Working with the person that directly oversaw all aspects of social media for the conference we created a schedule, brainstormed campaigns, and implement new regional goals for our social media pages.4) Volunteers - I oversaw the individual that obtained the needs of volunteers for the conference as well as placed each volunteer into their position.
