Working from host hotel organization to post conference assessment we led a committee of peers to develop a fun and informative conference to showcase best practices and discuss emerging trends in our field.My primary areas of oversight:1) Educational Sessions - Starting with recruiting individuals to submit sessions for the conference I coordinated all aspects of this integral piece of the conference. I developed a group of peer reviewers that objectively reviewed all presentations to offer the best educational experience. I also managed assignments of each educational session to time slots and rooms based on needs of each unique presentation.2) Graduate Case Study - I guided two individuals on the aspects of creating a time for our graduate students in the region to come together and learn about the profession as well as network with professional staff.
