I have been co-owner of Poredo since January 2018. I obtained more responsibilities in the further development of the organization in this position.

During my time as Operations manager at Poredo i was responsible for the purchasing of raw materials, sales of whole goods, planning and staffing. I was also responsible for the research and follow up of new opportunities within the sector.Poredo (Polystyrene Recycling Dongen)Poredo collects both large and small volumes of EPS waste and then recycles it into a reusable raw material for the small furniture industry, construction and horticulture.

During my final year at Energy Guard BV I was working as an Account manager. I was eighteen years of age at the time and was curious if this position suited my interests. In that year I was responsible for a turnover of 1 million Euros and sold 175 PV systems. A third of which in the district ‘De Blaak’ in Tilburg, where I was fully responsible for the collective public tender and after sales of the district council.

After completing my internship I contributed in the organizations progress. During my time at the organization we succeeded creating an increase in turnover from 1 to 5 million Euros. I have built a quotation program and escorted a variety of collective tenders from beginning to end. One of the larger projects was situated in the district ‘Witbrand Oost’ in Tilburg. Here I guided the internal operations and presentations for the 250 residents, which led to the realization of approximately 100 PV systems and a turnover of 750.000 Euros
