During this period, I’ve led a small team that has managed to pull the company from $500K/year loss to profitability in an extremely competitive marketplace.* Managed the development of eBooks.com’s new website, particularly in terms of technology choice and design decisions.* Built a customer notification system to deliver timely emails/app notifications to increase customer retention (increase overall revenue by 27%, improve conversion rate by 16%).* Oversaw and implemented all on-page, off-page SEO best practices that increased organic traffic by over 100% in a 2-year period.* Increased SEM revenue by 800% by integrating and managing Google Shopping campaigns.* Reduced infrastructure running costs by 40% for the whole company (particularly through server and licensing costs by identifying efficiencies and negotiating discounts).
