I support companies with all questions relating to health insurance with heart and soul. I can hardly imagine a more diverse job. Almost no day is identical and the range of activities does not cause boredom. :) One of my core tasks is, for example, HR Business Support. I am the first point of contact for topics such as onboarding, offboarding and international employment. In addition, it is important to me to familiarize my contacts with the topic of workplace health promotion in the long term. How do I do it? For example by dealing with individual problems from the fields of action "exercise, nutrition and relaxation" and then documenting them with concrete measures. Due to my many years of experience in this field, many large, international companies (e.g. Wayfair) now benefit from our close and individual cooperation. The regular exchange with the companies ensures that we continue to operate in the right fields of activity and align ourselves with the needs of our employees.
